释义	【正字通】〈慮〉又屋韻，音錄。詳審獄囚而平反之謂之慮囚今作錄古音同也。唐百官志大理寺掌折獄詳刑凡繫囚五日一慮五代唐明宗天成二年初令長吏每旬慮囚。《漢書》雋不疑行縣錄囚徒。師古曰：省錄之知其情狀有寃滯與不也。義與慮同或謂今云慮囚本錄聲之去音近俗譌其文為思慮之慮失其原矣。按此說迂泥書康誥丕蔽要囚蔽斷也。呂刑其審克之言當盡其心也慮囚卽蔽審之義師古所云省錄猶蔽之審之也。不必謂慮卽錄去音錄與慮為同字異音也。
